About MindNotes from NIMHANS

MindNotes is a self-help app, developed by a team of mental health professionals at NIMHANS, Bengaluru with technology support from IIIT-Bengaluru and funding support from Microsoft India. The app helps support individuals experiencing symptoms of common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. Created by a team of mental health professionals at NIMHANS, using evidence-informed strategies and clinical insights, the app combines tools such as short quizzes, videos, and self-help exercises.
